Description

  • Own the regional marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland and translate go-to-market goals into pipeline-generating plans.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of regional marketing programs, including events, ABM, and field activities.
  • Align planning and priorities with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Use customer needs, sales priorities, and the UK competitive landscape to inform regional planning and execution.
  • Partner with digital marketing and demand generation teams on digital tactics and event follow-up strategies.
  • Work with regional partners and the partner marketing team to incorporate the partner ecosystem into field programs.
  • Report on regional performance metrics, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution to marketing and go-to-market leaders.
  • Own the UK regional marketing budget and ensure strong return on investment for expenditures.
  • Manage local agency relationships and event logistics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 3 years in a UK regional marketing role.
  • Proven experience designing and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through marketing programs.
  • Deep understanding of the UK B2B technology landscape, buyer personas, and customer journey.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of regional campaign management and measurement.
  • Outstanding project management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to make decisive progress in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve program efficiency and output.
