Description

  • Run discovery, demos, pilots, and closes with lighthouse accounts and co-sell with AEs and NPIs.
  • Build and execute the launch and growth plan, including targets, plays, assets, and enablement.
  • Run weekly operating cadences and unblock cross-functional delivery across teams.
  • Partner with Product to surface market signals, prioritize GTM gaps, and align roadmap sequencing to revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and market education while ensuring consistent pitch and proof points.
  • Develop and ship sales enablement materials, including demo storytelling, objection handling, competitive angles, proof kits, and customer stories.
  • Train NPIs, AEs, and CSMs on the Workshops motion and related materials.
  • Stand up repeatable campaigns and partner motions and instrument the lead-to-win funnel.
  • Run win/loss and voice-of-customer loops to improve the pipeline engine.
  • Build dashboards, forecast ARR, and drive weekly plan-versus-actual reviews with corrective actions.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM, sales, or business development.
  • Active selling experience is required.
  • Entrepreneurial, 0-to-1 builder mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Strong product understanding and ability to translate customer problems into GTM priorities.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership across PMM, Product, Sales, Growth, and RevOps without direct authority.
  • Bonus: experience as a founder or ex-founder.
  • Bonus: familiarity with workshops or facilitation.
  • Bonus: experience selling to professional services buyers.
  • Global hiring eligibility with EU time zone preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, enablement, and launches.
