Description

  • Lead planning, kick-offs, execution, delivery, and reporting for product launches and other key marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing and product stakeholders to shape launch briefs, messaging, and program requirements.
  • Build consensus and coordinate cross-functional work across multiple marketing and internal partner teams.
  • Run Product Marketing execution in Asana and maintain project tracking across the organization.
  • Review program briefs, schedule scoping meetings, and clarify deliverables and timelines.
  • Create and maintain project work plans, editorial calendars, and integrated marketing roadmaps.
  • Identify needed resources, assign responsibilities, and balance team workload.
  • Monitor day-to-day program operations, surface risks, and remove blockers proactively.
  • Provide weekly status updates to program/project owners and executives.
  • Maintain complete and current documentation in shared drives and support contract/procurement processes with external vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management experience with integrated marketing work at a SaaS company.
  • Experience in marketing enterprise technology with a B2B focus.
  • Strong leadership skills for goal setting, roadmap development, and resource planning.
  • Experience working across Product Marketing, Creative, Video, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, Corporate Communications and PR, Social Marketing, and Developer Relations.
  • Proven ability to make sound business judgments based on available information.
  • Ability to analyze and improve processes and procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with a track record of delivering bold goals amid competing priorities.
  • Strong program management fundamentals, including team building, role definition, risk management, work breakdown, and project tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide context, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Experience using project management tools, particularly Asana.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing funnel and lead management is preferred.
  • Understanding of an engineer’s role and the developer community is preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
