Description

  • Prospect and engage high-potential prospects using outbound strategies and sales tools.
  • Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of opportunities to support consistent deal flow.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.
  • Understand customer needs and demonstrate Miro’s value for specific use cases.
  • Develop trust and credibility with key stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
  • Drive high-velocity sales cycles while maintaining strong attention to detail and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to support expansion efforts.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and SaaS developments to position Miro effectively.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
  • Experience in a full-cycle closing role or a sales development background.
  • Strong prospecting abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Experience with value-based selling techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach and Gong.
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience managing shorter sales cycles and high transaction volumes.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • German speaker required.
