Description

  • Source and onboard new iGaming traffic partners through niche communities, forums, chats, industry events, and relevant acquisition channels.
  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing affiliate partners in Tier-1 markets.
  • Guide partners on campaign setup, statistics, and traffic analytics.
  • Conduct monthly commission reviews and monitor incoming traffic performance.
  • Identify and help prevent fraud using in-house tools and support from the analytics team.
  • Prepare and maintain regular traffic performance reports.
  • Achieve planned KPIs using company marketing tools.
  • Represent Mint Group and its products at international exhibitions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience in Tier-1 iGaming markets.
  • Hands-on experience working with brands on the operator or advertiser side.
  • Knowledge of RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat Fee, and Listing Deal commission models.
  • Experience using analytics tools to track traffic performance and campaign conversions.
  • Confident use of Google Sheets.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2-C1).
  • Strong stress management, conflict resolution, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term partner relationships.
  • Personal network of active Tier-1 partners ready for collaboration (preferred).
