Description

  • Respond quickly to inbound MQLs and other demand signals in the assigned territory.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on ICP fit, workload, storage scale, environment, and project timing.
  • Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Document research findings, call notes, and qualification details in CRM for smooth AE handoffs.
  • Research target accounts using intent data, account signals, and internal intelligence systems.
  • Run personalized outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to reach Korean enterprise personas.
  • Develop strategies to convert open-source users into commercial customers in the Korean market.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing on account-based plays, active campaigns, and lead follow-up.
  • Serve as a primary responder for website live chat inquiries and convert conversations into meetings.
  • Maintain accurate activity and qualification data in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or demand generation in B2B technology.
  • Full professional fluency in Korean and English, written and verbal, is required.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting into Korean enterprises or local subsidiaries of global companies.
  • Experience with outbound sequencing tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure, cloud storage, AI/ML, or related enterprise software.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and qualification methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Korean business culture and enterprise buying dynamics.
  • Self-directed with strong research skills and a data-driven approach to prospecting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
