Description

  • Proactively engage existing customers through calls, email, and social outreach to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Make 140+ calls per day in a high-volume outreach environment.
  • Prospect into a defined target audience of accounts with high expansion potential.
  • Book qualified demos for Expansion Account Managers and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Manage all prospecting activity in HubSpot CRM and keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Partner with the Account Management team to share feedback on lead quality, new lead sources, and product or industry insights.
  • Experiment with outreach strategies across different customer segments to increase opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas and energy to help shape the growing XDR team.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role; SDR experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong hunger for success, high energy, and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn the product deeply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain value propositions and tailor messaging to different customer personas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability when faced with challenges or rejection.
  • Comfortable working US business hours Monday–Friday, remotely.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm.
  • HubSpot CRM experience is preferred.
