Description

  • Oversee travel and entertainment, employee reimbursement, and corporate credit card programs.
  • Own travel and expense and corporate card policy administration.
  • Review and approve expense reports and card transactions for compliance.
  • Administer card issuance, maintenance, training, and monitoring.
  • Support Sunshine Act (Open Payments) reporting by collecting, reconciling, validating, and documenting HCP transfers of value.
  • Review HCP-related expense documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support month- and quarter-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
  • Maintain SOX-compliant controls and coordinate related audit requests.
  • Develop policies, training materials, analytics, and process improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve employee experience and financial controls while leveraging systems to automate operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in travel and expense, accounting operations, accounts payable, or operational accounting.
  • Experience administering corporate travel, expense, and card programs.
  • Strong knowledge of T&E, reimbursement, corporate cards, operational accounting, SOX, and internal controls.
  • Experience supporting Sunshine Act (Open Payments) reporting and HCP expense compliance, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies.
  • Commercial-stage pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
  • Public-company and SOX experience preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Concur, Navan, Ramp, TriNet, FloQast, Tipalti, corporate card platforms, and advanced Excel preferred.
  • Demonstrated process-improvement and internal-control experience; strong communication, analytical, organizational, and judgment skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional overnight travel.
