Description

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery across internal teams and customer stakeholders, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and execution quality.
  • Establish regular communication cadences to keep internal and external stakeholders aligned on progress, priorities, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver structured status updates and executive-facing presentations with clear insights.
  • Own adoption outcomes across the customer lifecycle by defining usage goals and developing plans to close adoption gaps.
  • Design and facilitate onboarding and training programs for administrators and end users to build customer self-sufficiency.
  • Deliver product walkthroughs that connect new capabilities to each customer’s business objectives.
  • Recommend platform configuration, workflow, and program design changes to improve engagement and usage.
  • Lead discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into problem statements and best-practice solutions.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners and internal teams to shape account strategy and keep engagements focused on outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, management consulting, or customer-facing SaaS delivery.
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional programs with enterprise B2B customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level discovery conversations and turn strategic priorities into actionable solutions.
  • Proven experience driving platform adoption and delivering measurable outcomes with large, complex enterprise customers.
  • Experience designing and facilitating structured training and enablement sessions, including admin onboarding and internal champion development.
  • Strong executive communication skills, both written and in person.
  • Ability to interpret usage data and platform metrics and use them to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technical environments, including system configuration, SSO, sandbox and production management, and integration workflows.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, LMS, BI, HRIS, and CI platforms and how they connect in an enterprise tech stack.
  • Ability to engage in technical conversations, interpret release documentation, and navigate architecture discussions in a non-engineering capacity.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered tools as part of everyday professional practice.
  • Experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms, preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement, sales readiness, or revenue performance platforms, preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms and their integration with enablement workflows, preferred.
  • Background in structured consulting methodologies or formal problem-solving frameworks, preferred.
  • Exposure to AI agent frameworks, LLM-powered tools, or AI readiness assessment methodologies, preferred.
