Description

  • Partner with client stakeholders, business users, and delivery teams to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platform technologies.
  • Translate business needs into scalable solutions using Flows, page layouts, validation rules, record types, approval processes, dashboards, reports, and security configurations.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, backlog grooming, user story development, and solution review meetings.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and project managers to support end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Support configuration and administration tasks including user setup, profiles, permission sets, workflows, automation, and environment management.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and release readiness activities.
  • Assist with testing coordination, UAT preparation, defect validation, and production deployment activities.
  • Support data migration and data quality efforts including imports, exports, cleansing, and validation.
  • Participate in client presentations, demonstrations, training sessions, and change management activities.
  • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce governance, security standards, and Government Cloud compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with integration and technical teams to support API-driven processes and connected system workflows.
  • Maintain project documentation including business requirements, process flows, user stories, configuration documentation, and training materials.
  • Provide consultative recommendations to improve business processes, platform adoption, and user experience.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Service Cloud Consultant certification is required.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce consulting, administration, business analysis, or solution configuration experience in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience supporting Public Sector and Government Cloud Salesforce implementations.
  • Prior experience supporting federal, state, or local government agencies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce security and access management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, data model, and business process optimization.
  • Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with technical delivery teams.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage directly with clients and executive users.
  • Experience supporting regulated, compliance-driven, or government-focused environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced consulting engagements.
  • Platform Developer I, Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a bonus.
  • Experience in Salesforce consulting, systems integrator, or professional services organizations is preferred.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Government Cloud Plus is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce DevOps processes is preferred.
  • Exposure to MuleSoft or enterprise integration platforms is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Experience Cloud portals, digital experiences, and community-based solutions is preferred.
  • Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein AI, Agentforce, or GenAI-enabled Salesforce tools is preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce migrations, modernization initiatives, or multi-org implementations is preferred.
  • Business process reengineering and change management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must reside in one of the listed U.S. states or Washington DC.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Estimated compensation range of $110,000 to $155,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs.
