Description

  • Identify, qualify, and engage new buyers within targeted accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Craft and communicate compelling solution and value propositions for customer needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals across complex sales cycles with C-level executives.
  • Manage and forecast sales activities accurately in Salesforce.
  • Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand relationships across corporate groups.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and partners, including Salesforce, to solve customer challenges.
  • Deliver online product demonstrations and presentations using web-based technologies.
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Adhere to company policies, standards, and mission while representing the organization appropriately.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas; President's Club membership is a plus.
  • Strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and time management skills.
  • Ability to build business relationships, overcome objections, and close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Completed training in consultative or solution-based selling methodologies.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in social networking tools, cloud-based solutions, and Salesforce.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, ethical approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
