Description

  • Build and ship integrations between Jeeves and customer ERP and accounting systems using APIs and webhooks.
  • Map and synchronize customer data models, including charts of accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors.
  • Debug integration issues end to end, from API logs through month-end reconciliation.
  • Create reusable integration patterns and internal tools to accelerate customer launches.
  • Configure multi-entity and multi-currency setups and design stablecoin and traditional payment flows.
  • Support country-specific e-invoicing and tax requirements while coordinating with Compliance and Risk.
  • Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping through go-live and expansion.
  • Lead technical workshops, implementation planning, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
  • Translate customer feedback into prioritized input for Product and Engineering and support Sales with technical discovery and proofs of concept.
  • Document integration guides, edge cases, and implementation playbooks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including 2+ years in customer-facing technical work.
  • Production coding experience in Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, with REST API and webhook development.
  • Strong SQL and data-mapping skills demonstrated through integrations or data pipelines.
  • Experience owning customer projects through go-live while managing timelines and stakeholders.
  • Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, card issuing, SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT, or cross-border money movement preferred.
  • Experience integrating with ERP, accounting, or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, or Xero preferred.
  • Understanding of accounts payable, reconciliation, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting preferred.
  • Experience with stablecoins, digital assets, LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems, forward-deployed work, or implementation tooling preferred.
