Description

  • Own end-to-end client implementations from configuration and training through go-live and transition to Client Success.
  • Deliver Guided and Premium implementation services across ClearGov’s Budgeting Suite and future products.
  • Serve as the primary client contact during implementation and early adoption.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, Product, Support, and deal desk teams to coordinate handoffs and delivery.
  • Deliver paid professional services, custom-scoped work, training sessions, and guided workshops.
  • Drive adoption through meeting cadences, milestone tracking, engagement, and progress monitoring.
  • Manage scope, timelines, records, time tracking, risks, and client expectations.
  • Identify client challenges and recommend solutions, workflow improvements, or additional services.
  • Share client feedback and product opportunities with internal teams.
  • Support playbooks, SOW templates, training materials, best practices, and cross-training for new products.
  • Meet implementation and services KPIs, including time-to-go-live, on-time delivery, utilization, adoption, and client satisfaction.
  • Travel to client sites up to 20% for key meetings, training, and go-live events.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in implementation, professional services, or client success leading SaaS implementations or client-facing projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and firm deadlines.
  • Experience with scope management, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and timeline accountability.
  • Experience delivering paid services under an SOW and managing budgeted hours.
  • Confident trainer and facilitator for individual sessions, group workshops, virtual meetings, and in-person events.
  • Ability to drive projects forward while managing client expectations and internal dependencies.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Comfort working with data imports, configurations, ERP data, and system integrations.
  • Ability to quickly learn and support a growing, multi-product SaaS platform.
  • Clear and effective communication, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and collaborative team orientation.
  • Familiarity with GovTech, financial transparency, civic engagement, or accessibility standards is beneficial.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $70,000–$85,000 USD, excluding benefits and potential bonuses.
