Description

  • Build realistic consulting project environments based on real engagement dynamics, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
  • Design structured tasks for AI agents that mirror consulting work such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
  • Develop evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and quality standards for each task.
  • Create golden-answer solutions to calibrate an LLM-based grading system used to evaluate AI outputs at scale.
  • Translate authentic consulting project experience into end-to-end examples from problem structuring through client-ready recommendations.
  • Work independently on analytical design and evaluation as a remote, project-based individual contributor.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience at McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy& (PwC).
  • Hands-on project experience at one of the eligible top-tier strategy consulting firms.
  • Experience structuring ambiguous client problems into workable analytical plans.
  • Experience building financial models, market analyses, or synthesized findings from messy inputs.
  • Experience producing client-ready deliverables under time pressure.
  • Experience forming and defending recommendations under uncertainty.
  • Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking.
  • Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables.
  • High attention to logical consistency and output quality.
  • Clear written English at B2+ level.
