Description

  • Shadow and co-teach courses with senior instructors, taking on more delivery responsibility over time.
  • Support training delivery for customers, partners, and employees under senior instructor guidance.
  • Assist in assessing individual and group training needs for assigned courses.
  • Gather and consolidate post-session feedback to improve training content and delivery.
  • Build working relationships with learners and stakeholders through professional support.
  • Develop knowledge of BeyondTrust software product lines and underlying technical concepts.
  • Use knowledge channels such as KB articles, Teams chats, and technical documentation to learn and solve problems.
  • Learn and apply instructional tools and delivery platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and the LMS.
  • Seek coaching and feedback from senior instructors to accelerate development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-op placements, academic teaching roles, or applicable project experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting or facilitating in front of groups.
  • Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and enablement tools quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Internship, co-op, or academic experience in training, education, or instructional facilitation (preferred).
  • Exposure to software, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with IT principles, networking, or technical subject matter (preferred).
  • Experience with virtual delivery tools such as Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms (preferred).
