Description

  • Serve as lead learning experience designer for programs spanning AI, emerging technology, digital transformation, technical skills, leadership, and workplace productivity.
  • Own the client-facing design process, including discovery, requirements gathering, learning outcomes, timelines, scope, resourcing, and content quality.
  • Partner with sales, product, client success, solutions, and delivery teams to translate client and learner needs into learning solutions.
  • Support pre-sales and client conversations by defining skill needs, learner personas, objectives, readiness, and learning pathways.
  • Design and develop instructor-led learning experiences, labs, simulations, assessments, and workplace exercises for varied audiences.
  • Create instructor enablement materials such as facilitator guides, run-of-show documents, workbooks, tool setup instructions, and troubleshooting support.
  • Build hands-on activities using current workplace and AI tools and translate complex concepts into accessible learning experiences.
  • Curate and update content to reflect industry trends, new tool capabilities, best practices, accessibility, and responsible use considerations.
  • Project manage development timelines, deliverables, and resources, including SMEs, instructors, vendors, contractors, and freelancers.
  • Work with product and learning systems teams to standardize reusable learning components and scalable product patterns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or a related field.
  • Significant experience creating instructor-led training content.
  • Experience designing learning experiences for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences.
  • Strong experience producing slides, facilitator guides, activities, assessments, case studies, labs, simulations, and learner resources.
  • Experience managing clients, stakeholders, SMEs, instructors, vendors, or cross-functional partners through content development.
  • Strong understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential learning, practice-based learning, and adult learning principles.
  • Hands-on fluency with current AI tools and the ability to use them to design, prototype, evaluate, and improve learning experiences.
  • Experience designing learning for AI, emerging technology, data, digital transformation, technical skills, or workplace technology adoption.
  • Working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, machine learning, AI agents, ethical AI, responsible use, and enterprise AI adoption.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, content management systems, and authoring tools.
  • Willingness to flex schedule for meetings across time zones, especially the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
  • Experience with Python, APIs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, GitHub, virtual machines, cloud-based labs, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Experience designing AI training labs, coding exercises, model-building workshops, or enterprise AI adoption programs is preferred.
  • Experience creating learning experiences for tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, NotebookLM, or Midjourney is preferred.

  • Annualized salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 for US-based candidates.
