Description

  • Represent the voice of the customer by advocating for user and business needs throughout product delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior product leaders to define product strategy, priorities, and delivery plans.
  • Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, ideation, prioritization, and solution-definition workshops.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from client stakeholders.
  • Create, refine, and maintain product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and related delivery activities.
  • Coordinate with UX designers, software engineers, QA, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout delivery.
  • Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies, and opportunities early to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps and release planning with senior product leadership.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to improve research, documentation, backlog refinement, meeting preparation, and analysis while validating quality and accuracy.
  • Continuously improve product management processes, team collaboration, and delivery practices.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Remote role with a 9:00am–5:00pm EST schedule and 30–40 hours per week.
  • Role runs from July through February with potential to extend.
  • 2–6 years of experience managing digital products or custom software delivery in an Agile environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional software teams across design, engineering, quality assurance, and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable product backlogs.
  • Experience creating and maintaining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience building productive relationships with enterprise clients or internal business stakeholders.
  • Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalents while validating outputs for quality and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; five additional years of relevant on-the-job experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Preferred: experience delivering enterprise SaaS products and custom software solutions.
  • Preferred: experience working in consulting, digital agency, or professional services environments.
  • Preferred: experience supporting enterprise clients in complex industries such as legal services, aerospace, healthcare, government, financial services, manufacturing, or energy.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Preferred: experience delivering AI-enabled products.
  • Preferred: experience facilitating client workshops, design thinking sessions, or product discovery engagements.

Benefits

  • $75.00–$85.00 USD per hour compensation.
  • Base compensation determined by skills, education, certifications, geographic location, and overall relevant experience.
  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Opportunity to work on strategic enterprise client engagements.
  • Potential for the July through February assignment to extend.
