Description

  • Deliver and adapt virtual and on-site training, webinars, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products, including functionality, releases, and customer workflows.
  • Create and maintain onboarding guides, presentations, videos, quick-reference materials, and customer documentation.
  • Analyze customer feedback, support trends, and implementation challenges to improve education and product adoption.
  • Support user groups, conferences, certification programs, workshops, webinars, and other learning events.
  • Collaborate with customers, Strategic Account Managers, and internal teams throughout implementation and onboarding.
  • Contribute to departmental objectives and key results.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, automate routine work, solve problems, and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills for virtual and in-person audiences.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
  • Customer-focused relationship-building, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt training to different audiences and learning styles.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies, Learning Management Systems, and webinar platforms preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation support, training delivery, customer success, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in K-12 education, special education, SaaS, software implementation, product training, or instructional roles preferred.
  • Ability to use AI ethically, securely, and compliantly while protecting confidential information and maintaining professional accountability.
  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
