Description

  • Design and build high-performance, secure, and scalable full-stack solutions.
  • Develop server-side logic and integrate it smoothly with the front-end experience.
  • Collaborate closely with team members in a positive, communication-focused environment.
  • Contribute to backend architecture and service design, including microservices.
  • Work with databases and data-driven application components across SQL and NoSQL systems.
  • Implement and maintain front-end features using React and Next.js.
  • Use and support API integrations, including GraphQL and REST endpoints.
  • Write and maintain automated tests across backend and frontend components.
  • Support performance optimization, observability, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
  • Work within Agile delivery practices such as Scrum or Kanban.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong experience with React.js and Next.js.
  • Solid understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Experience working with Redux or similar state management tools.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and REST APIs.
  • Solid skills in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS pre/post-processors such as SASS, LESS, or PostCSS.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and React Testing Library.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization, observability tools such as Grafana and Core Web Vitals, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with strong English proficiency.
  • Comfortable working with little supervision and contributing as a strong team fit; varied tech experience is highly valued.
  • Availability for occasional national and international travel, estimated at 0%–15% depending on project or client needs.
