Description

  • Support triage, investigation, documentation, and resolution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 patient complaints.
  • Review Athena charts, AI scribe transcripts, and case records to build a complete understanding of incidents.
  • Provide clinician-facing feedback and participate in coaching conversations for quality-related cases.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation across Zendesk and Athena.
  • Identify complaint patterns and connect them to broader clinical practice findings for leadership review.
  • Own and evolve the clinical audit program, including methodology, interpretation, and application.
  • Run weekly AI-powered audit prompts using Midi’s Chart Summary Tool.
  • Review audit findings for prescribing patterns, documentation gaps, and guideline deviations.
  • Synthesize audit results into summaries for Quality & Safety and Clinical Care meetings.
  • Define and lead the audit-based clinician coaching methodology and support onboarding quality benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
  • 8+ years of clinical practice experience, ideally in women’s health, primary care, or a related specialty.
  • Experience in patient relations, clinical quality, patient safety, or healthcare grievance coordination strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRT prescribing and midlife women’s health strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Athenahealth strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Zendesk or a comparable CRM platform is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, patient rights, and clinical documentation standards.
  • Experience working with electronic health records and AI-assisted tools in a technology-forward healthcare environment.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
