Description

  • Lead and coach a team of Infringement Specialists with daily guidance, performance feedback, and development support.
  • Monitor claim queues across multiple infringement categories to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent resolutions.
  • Run team check-ins, claim reviews, and escalation handling for urgent or sensitive issues.
  • Partner with Legal to escalate high-risk matters and keep outcomes aligned with legal guidance and platform policy.
  • Work with Quality Control to help design, evaluate, and improve infringement prevention tools and systems.
  • Coordinate with Creator Services on artist concerns and high-sensitivity or priority artist cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Engineering, Fraud, Quality Control, and Support on cross-functional workflows.
  • Review high-impact cases and provide quality assurance to maintain enforcement consistency and integrity.
  • Own team performance metrics and reporting, using data to identify trends, set KPIs, and improve operations.
  • Develop and refine workflows, documentation, and decision-making tools with Legal Operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in copyright enforcement, digital rights management, trust & safety, legal operations, content moderation, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in the music, digital media, or online platform industry.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and staff development.
  • Strong working knowledge of the DMCA, copyright and trademark enforcement, takedown procedures, and digital rights management.
  • Excellent organizational, investigative, and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion in high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create clear documentation.
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Google Workspace, Claude Code, Zendesk, Confluence, and similar operational or legal tools.
  • Demonstrated success improving operational processes through data-driven decision-making and workflow optimization.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset focused on fair and consistent policy enforcement.

Benefits

  • Salary of $110,000-$120,000 USD for USA Tier 1, $105,000-$115,000 USD for USA Tier 2, and $100,000-$110,000 USD for USA Tier 3.
