Description

  • Build and maintain financial, headcount, capacity, and space utilization analyses to guide real estate decisions.
  • Manage the global real estate portfolio, including leases, co-working agreements, renewals, and termination options.
  • Serve as the internal facilities owner for space needs, vendor escalations, and operational issues across geographies.
  • Own the Mexico City office project end to end, from lease negotiation through space planning, buildout, and move-in.
  • Conduct site visits and attend contractor and vendor meetings to stay close to project execution.
  • Manage external partners including the PM firm, broker, architect, and contractors against scope, quality, timeline, and budget.
  • Deliver bi-weekly project status updates and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Evaluate and recommend flexible workspace solutions in high-density employee regions.
  • Partner with the Executive Assistant team on in-person gathering strategy and hub-based gatherings.
  • Maintain project plans, budgets, vendor tracking, and compliance across workplace initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in workplace operations, real estate, facilities management, or site operations.
  • Experience in a remote-first or distributed organization is preferred.
  • Workplace space planning experience.
  • Strong project management discipline with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
  • Strong financial and data fluency, including building financial models, budget trackers, and utilization analyses.
  • Executive communication skills with experience delivering concise briefings to senior leaders.
  • A true owner mentality with proactive communication and full accountability.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • High proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
  • Direct experience with real estate transactions in Mexico or Latin America is a plus.
  • Experience managing operations across multiple countries, especially the US, Mexico, DR, and/or Ukraine, is a plus.
  • PMP, FMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Experience working within a People & Culture or HR structure is a plus.
