Description

  • Maintain and update monthly financial models, rolling forecasts, and annual budget templates.
  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes through budget-to-actual variance analysis.
  • Prepare financial reporting packages and operational dashboards for leadership and department heads.
  • Partner with Accounting on expense tracking and HR on headcount updates against budget.
  • Gather and clean data for provider capacity, clinical visit volume, and operational efficiency analyses.
  • Assist with testing, implementing, and maintaining FP&A and BI reporting tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across financial systems and reporting outputs.
  • Translate operational data into actionable insights for corporate finance and clinical operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting, including strong internship experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling.
  • Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize financial data clearly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exposure to Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or modern FP&A software preferred.
  • Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis preferred.
  • Healthcare, healthtech, or venture-backed startup experience preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
