Description

  • Partner with the Chief Customer Officer and Chief of Staff to prepare for high-priority customer and partner meetings, including briefings, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up tracking.
  • Join customer and partner meetings with the CCO and senior executives to advocate for stakeholders and connect the CCO with Sales and Product teams.
  • Build a deep understanding of MongoDB’s strategic accounts and identify patterns, opportunities, and challenges that inform company strategy.
  • Ensure the CCO’s external engagement reflects MongoDB’s top priorities and supports a customer-centric culture and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor customer and partner announcements, market developments, and industry signals to identify opportunities for timely re-engagement.
  • Surface relevant insights to the CCO and help initiate outreach to executive customer and partner stakeholders.
  • Translate customer and partner insights into strategic priorities with the Chief of Staff and help identify customers to pilot and shape new programs.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years owning strategic customer portfolios with direct accountability for C-level customer relationships and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to structure and synthesize ambiguous information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Deep empathy for customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to interact with senior executives and customers with polish and confidence.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a high sense of urgency.
  • Interest in software, AI, and data technology, with the ability to quickly understand MongoDB’s products and strategy.
  • Frequent travel required to support the CCO and customer meetings.

  • Base salary range of $101,000 to $198,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
