Description

  • Diseñar, programar y desplegar soluciones basadas en agentes inteligentes y LLMs.
  • Integrar frameworks como LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI o equivalentes para construir flujos agentic.
  • Implementar agentes que interactúen con usuarios, APIs, sistemas ERP y plataformas externas como WhatsApp, sistemas contables y CRMs.
  • Desarrollar arquitecturas MCP (Model Context Protocol) y A2A (Agent-to-Agent) para coordinación multi-agente y automatización de flujos.
  • Trabajar en entornos productivos junto con equipos de infraestructura, DevOps y MLOps.
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto, UX, datos y backend para asegurar la entrega de funcionalidades.
  • Aplicar buenas prácticas de desarrollo, validación y monitoreo de agentes, incluyendo tests de integración, versionado de prompts y trazabilidad de decisiones.
  • Mantenerse actualizado en frameworks open source, memory architectures y literatura relevante sobre sistemas multi-agente.

Requirements

  • 4-6 años de experiencia en proyectos de inteligencia artificial.
  • Al menos 2+ años de experiencia implementando agentes autónomos o copilots.
  • Experiencia comprobada con LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel o frameworks similares.
  • Conocimiento práctico de protocolos MCP y A2A, gestión de herramientas, memoria y estado de conversación.
  • Sólido dominio de Python y experiencia con FastAPI, asyncio, Pydantic y arquitecturas asincrónicas.
  • Experiencia con vector stores como Chroma, Weaviate o Pinecone y con arquitecturas RAG.
  • Conocimiento en NLP, embeddings, agentes de recuperación, razonamiento y planeación.
  • Experiencia en MLOps, incluyendo CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoreo de agentes y retraining automatizado.
  • Inglés técnico fluido para revisar documentación, papers y colaborar con equipos globales.
  • Experiencia en proyectos multicloud con Azure, AWS o GCP, deseable.
  • Familiaridad con arquitecturas orientadas a eventos, microservicios, APIs RESTful y gRPC, deseable.
  • Experiencia con datos empresariales en contabilidad, finanzas, nómina, facturación o ERP, deseable.
  • Conocimiento de Golang, Java o C# (.NET) para componentes de alto rendimiento, deseable.
  • Participación activa en comunidades open source de agentes o contribuciones a frameworks emergentes, deseable.
