Description

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones to support a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain ATS data, job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruiting system quality.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing team members.
  • Maintain accurate People data and documentation across internal systems.
  • Help plan and execute company offsites and team gatherings.
  • Conduct research and synthesize information to support People Ops and recruiting work.
  • Identify gaps, track open items, and follow through to completion.
  • Provide general support across People Ops projects, processes, and daily operations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail.
  • Bias for action and the ability to keep work moving without constant direction.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage personal priorities.
  • Clear, concise communication skills, especially in async environments.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn how things work.
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to figure things out without constant guidance.
  • Low ego and high ownership, with willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion and good judgment.
  • Ability to work with significant overlap with U.S. working hours.
  • Preference for candidates who want autonomy and are comfortable operating without much structure.
