Description

  • Build, iterate, and operationalize outbound plays that generate Sales pipeline.
  • Run experiments across messaging, channels, and intent signals.
  • Analyze experiment results and translate findings into scalable, documented playbooks.
  • Manage and co-own GTM systems including Clay, Unify, CommonRoom, Salesforce, and Zapier.
  • Ensure GTM tools integrate and share data effectively without friction.
  • Identify intent signals across channels and turn them into actionable outbound plays.
  • Design outbound plays end to end, including messaging, targeting logic, triggers, and channels.
  • Support the Sales team by creating repeatable processes for outreach and experimentation.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and building outbound plays end to end.
  • Experience creating repeatable outbound playbooks.
  • Hands-on experience generating sales pipeline through outbound outreach or experiments.
  • Comfort working with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Unify, and Clay.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and basic Salesforce admin skills.
  • Ability to stitch together data from multiple tools.
  • Ability to work remotely in North America for a full-time role.
  • Interest in working with Sales teams, processes, and experimentation.
