Description

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of experiments across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Design each test with a clear hypothesis, success metrics, and learning timeline.
  • Identify and evaluate new channel opportunities and build the case for future investment.
  • Own campaign execution end-to-end, including briefing copy and creative, coordinating approvals, and managing launch logistics.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Run programs across newsletter sponsorships, Reddit and Meta ads, retargeting, closed-lost re-engagement, digital events, and conference sponsorships.
  • Partner with PMM and content teams to keep messaging sharp, on-brand, and tailored to each channel and audience.
  • Manage budgets and allocate spend based on performance and learning goals.
  • Define KPIs before launch and hold programs accountable to those metrics.
  • Build dashboards and synthesize results into clear learnings and next-step recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment with ownership of performance outcomes.
  • A structured, experimental mindset with the ability to define success upfront and isolate variables for clean results.
  • Hands-on experience with paid channels such as Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, or similar.
  • Experience with email platforms and campaign reporting tools.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate copy, creative, approvals, and launch logistics across multiple programs.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, undefined channel environments where playbooks do not yet exist.
  • Strong written communication skills for creative briefing and learning synthesis.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences such as developers, data engineers, or analysts is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with the data and analytics tools landscape is a bonus.
