Description

  • Manage seller leads through warm outbound calls, texts, and emails.
  • Follow up with active, aged, historical, and previously unresponsive leads according to established cadences.
  • Qualify sellers by gathering information about their motivation, property, and timeline.
  • Identify qualified opportunities and provide complete CRM handoffs to the CEO or acquisitions team.
  • Update REsimpli after every interaction with notes, statuses, tasks, and next actions.
  • Review overdue follow-ups, neglected opportunities, failed automations, and AI-generated outputs requiring manual intervention.
  • Provide backup inbound call coverage and route new inquiries through the qualification process as responsibilities expand.
  • Complete administrative support tasks, including preparing and distributing monthly newsletters to real estate agents.
  • Develop toward expanded seller-facing, qualification, negotiation, and offer responsibilities as authorized.

Requirements

  • Based in the Philippines and available to work US Central Time-aligned hours.
  • Proven experience in lead management, lead nurturing, inside sales, sales development, or customer follow-up.
  • Strong real estate experience, preferably with investors, wholesalers, motivated sellers, or acquisitions teams.
  • Prior negotiation and/or acquisitions experience.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal English with a neutral or highly understandable accent.
  • Confident phone communication with patience, empathy, and rapport-building skills.
  • Experience independently managing a CRM pipeline, including notes, tasks, statuses, follow-ups, and next actions.
  • Ability to nurture leads across multiple attempts and identify when to continue, escalate, or hand off an opportunity.
  • Strong organization, accountability, reliability, time management, and independent execution.
  • Experience with REsimpli is preferred; familiarity with Google Workspace, Discord, ChatGPT, custom AI tools, or automated workflows is beneficial.
