  • Stay updated on new content and platform features to provide accurate customer information.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Portuguese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the digital streaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical inquiries effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and general computer proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
