Description

  • Handle live chat inquiries on the NoGigiddy platform and respond within SLA targets.
  • Monitor and respond to user posts in community spaces, including Discord, Facebook Group, and social comments.
  • Resolve common issues such as offer questions, account issues, and navigation help with accuracy and warmth.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team with full documentation.
  • Contribute to the help center knowledge base.
  • Flag trends in user issues or feedback to the product and content teams.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and quality across all support touchpoints.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Fast, accurate typing for high-volume live chat work.
  • Excellent written communication with a clear and empathetic tone.
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously without dropping quality.
  • Patience with frustrated users and the ability to de-escalate difficult interactions.
  • Familiarity with support or chat tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp, or similar is a plus.
