Description

  • Design and evaluate fee inquiry and statement clarification scenarios to verify fee amounts and distinguish service questions from fraud claims.
  • Create autopay and payment setup scenarios with intentional edge cases such as incorrect payees, insufficient funds, wrong draft dates, and missing confirmations.
  • Build card replacement and fraud claim scenarios that test card-block urgency, fraud-signal recognition, intake capture, and handoff to the disputes team.
  • Author account closure scenarios that assess retention-offer eligibility, pending-transaction checks, and refusal to extend offers to ineligible customers.
  • Grade responses for factual accuracy, empathy, conversational tone, and channel-appropriate communication in voice and chat.
  • Verify that AI/system responses remain clear, accurate, and do not over-promise.
  • Contribute to project-based tasks during active project phases as assigned.

Requirements

  • Please submit your CV in English and indicate your level of English proficiency.
  • This is project-based work, not permanent employment.
  • Open to part-time project work with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active phases.
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of customer service, banking, retail, or financial services experience.
  • Current or recent experience in customer service and support, banking and financial roles, or adjacent roles.
  • Strong routing judgment and the ability to determine what falls within servicing scope.
  • Ability to read fee schedules or policy documents and apply the correct rule to a specific situation.
  • QA analyst, call-center trainer, or conversation designer background is a strong plus.
  • Strong written English at C1+ level.
