Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and technical support for mobile, internet, TV, billing, roaming, account access, and service activation.
  • Provide sales and account management support through product promotion, contract renewals, plan upgrades, and tailored offers.
  • Manage customer retention and outbound sales conversations by addressing cancellation requests and presenting solutions to retain customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in German, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Minimum English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience with CRM tools and customer service is a plus.
  • Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software tools.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
