Description

  • Learn to source and engage candidates within the Croatian-speaking market with guidance from experienced team members.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit for different roles under supervision.
  • Build positive relationships with candidates and support them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and match candidates effectively.
  • Manage recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, and offer processes.
  • Participate in training programs and continuously improve recruitment skills.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on recruitment progress and candidate feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
  • No prior recruitment experience is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to participate in comprehensive training, including a fully paid 3-month program in Greece.
  • Positive and adaptable attitude toward learning and growth in a fast-paced environment.
