Description

  • Establish and manage a single intake process for PMRs and deal exceptions, ensuring submissions are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain escalation pathways aligned to policy, margin thresholds, and approval authority.
  • Document deal decisions and maintain auditable records in Salesforce without shadow processes.
  • Review, structure, and recommend outcomes for non-standard deals based on policy, economics, and risk.
  • Facilitate cross-functional reviews for complex, high-stakes, or non-standard opportunities.
  • Manage escalations while balancing speed, rigor, and commercial impact.
  • Partner with Salesforce and CRM teams to build and maintain workflow, routing, and approval automation.
  • Build and deliver reporting on cycle time, approval rates, exception drivers, and trends for leadership.
  • Provide guidance and enablement to sellers on submission quality, escalation logic, and deal structuring best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in deal desk, pricing, revenue operations, or sales operations.
  • Strong analytical and financial reasoning skills, including margin and discount evaluation.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume queue with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with assertive sellers under time pressure.
  • Strong operational judgment and documentation discipline.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce workflow, approvals, and data requirements.
  • Availability to work standard business hours Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
  • Ability to record working time daily in the timekeeping system as a non-exempt role.
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM automation and reporting is preferred.

  • Base pay range of $97,750 to $115,000 USD.
