Description

  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans for prospective and existing clients, including spending, retirement, Social Security, education funding, stock options, estate planning, tax planning, asset protection, and risk management analyses.
  • Collect and analyze client documents in partnership with sales and advisor teams to build accurate financial plans.
  • Use financial planning software and proprietary tools, including eMoney, Morningstar, SS Analyzer, Excel worksheets, CRM systems, and portfolio analysis tools.
  • Partner with sales and wealth advisor teams to deliver a seamless client experience with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Family Wealth Services and Investments to develop client strategies and recommendations tailored to each client.
  • Stay current on financial planning topics such as cash management, investments, wealth transfer strategies, retirement needs, Social Security, and tax planning.
  • Assist in creating and improving workflows and procedures to increase efficiency and strengthen team processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Financial Planning, Business, Economics, Psychology, or Finance.
  • Has begun CFP® coursework.
  • At least 1 year of financial industry-related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Salesforce and financial planning software such as eMoney, SS Analyzer, CRM, portfolio analysis, and tax planning tools preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines in a team environment.
  • Customer service orientation, coachability, eagerness to learn, and flexibility.
  • Must maintain confidentiality in all matters.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

  • Base pay range of $76,500 to $90,000 USD.
