Description

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Regional Vice Presidents and the Direct Client Development team.
  • Coordinate internal and external meeting schedules.
  • Prepare meeting materials, assist with case preparation, and organize follow-up items.
  • Maintain accurate meeting notes and update CRM systems with timely documentation.
  • Support client and prospect outreach through email communications and follow-up requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to complete client development-related requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist with pipeline tracking, reporting, and data integrity across systems.
  • Support hand-off processes between client development, onboarding, and service teams.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Prior sales support experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client focus and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
  • Prior experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with internal teams, prospects, and clients.
  • Strong desire for continuous self-learning and professional growth.
  • Availability to work standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.

  • Base pay range of $25 to $29 USD per hour.
