Description

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Estate Planning group.
  • Process incoming and outgoing estate plans and related documents.
  • Ship, scan, and assemble estate plans and other supporting materials.
  • Prepare materials for client meetings.
  • Coordinate referrals to the Estate Planning group from wealth management teams.
  • Assist with client intake, including creating folders, entering initial data in the CRM, and verifying data accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate scheduling for initial client estate planning meetings.
  • Support ad hoc projects and general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with all matters.
  • Outstanding work ethic and a self-starter mindset.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
  • Ability to record working time daily in the timekeeping system, including start/end times and a 30-minute unpaid lunch period.
  • Ability to work in a professional office or dedicated home office workspace free of interruptions.
  • Ability to sit and stand routinely and lift no more than 10 lbs.
  • Eager to become an expert in the position and contribute as a team member.

  • Base pay range of $26 to $31 USD per hour.
