Description

  • Develop and execute a customer growth strategy that drives retention, expansion, and advocacy across the customer lifecycle.
  • Build and lead teams across lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, community, advocacy, and customer insights.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to executive leadership using NPS, win/loss, and customer feedback data.
  • Design and manage customer advisory board programs and facilitate quarterly meetings.
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing from onboarding through renewal and expansion, including segmented nurture programs.
  • Own strategy and execution for the customer community platform, including engagement and peer-to-peer support.
  • Develop customer evangelism and speaker bureau programs for events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Position Mendix and its customers as thought leaders through content, media, and event programs.
  • Oversee social media strategy focused on customer stories, advocacy, and social listening.
  • Own the enterprise NPS program and the win/loss analysis process, including reporting and action planning.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience building and scaling customer marketing or lifecycle marketing functions in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing customer advisory boards, NPS programs, and win/loss analysis initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success building customer advocacy and community programs with measurable business impact.
  • Strong strategic vision with the ability to align customer growth strategy to business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and ability to influence Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Outstanding communication skills with executive presence and customer empathy.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with CRM and customer data tools, including Salesforce, community platforms, NPS platforms such as Qualtrics, Medallia, or Delighted, and advocacy platforms such as Influitive or Gainsight Advocate.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
