Description

  • Develop detailed reference architectures and deployment blueprints across connectivity, compute, and storage solutions.
  • Deliver regular technical training for internal teams and customers to ensure consistent solution positioning.
  • Create and present technical enablement content, including architectural diagrams, implementation guides, lab materials, and solution playbooks.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to understand new capabilities and translate them into field-ready assets.
  • Produce content for complex enterprise use cases such as bare metal virtualisation, hybrid and multi-cloud networking, Kubernetes platforms, database workloads, and AI/accelerated compute environments.
  • Design and maintain repeatable solution patterns that scale across industries and regions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, solution briefs, and technical deep dives.
  • Support enterprise sales cycles by engaging with senior engineers and architects at large global organizations.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience in infrastructure, cloud, networking, or platform engineering roles.
  • Deep understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, networking fundamentals, and enterprise infrastructure design.
  • Strong experience with virtualisation platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Strong experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Experience with enterprise database environments.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and GPU-accelerated compute environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
  • Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles or customer-facing technical engagements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
