Description

  • Manage a high volume of inbound sales opportunities from web inquiries, phone calls, and live chats.
  • Sell event production, creative, and planning services to new and existing corporate customers.
  • Advise clients on the best AV, staging, and interactivity solutions for their event needs.
  • Lead clients through the sales process over Zoom and bring in additional resources when needed to close deals.
  • Own the sales cycle from initial contact through signed contract.
  • Identify and develop high-potential accounts that could grow into $250k+ relationships.
  • Qualify opportunities and design technical solutions that bring the client’s vision to life.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to convert opportunities into long-term partners.
  • Track pipeline activity and forecast business performance.
  • Onboard new clients and help maintain strong close-rate and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, specifically in the event production or AV industry.
  • Experience handling a high volume of inbound leads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and explain AV solutions to a variety of buyers.
  • Highly organized and disciplined pipeline management skills.
  • Comfort working remotely and communicating effectively over Zoom.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite CRM (preferred, with expectation to become expert within 3 months).
  • Knowledge of MT services catalog and event service offerings.
  • Ability to consistently hit sales goals and maintain strong close rates.
  • Experience forecasting revenue 6–9 months out.
