Description

Lead the full lifecycle of audiovisual event and creative design projects, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
Serve as the client’s main point of contact and Meeting Tomorrow representative throughout event execution.
Coordinate information flow among internal teams, venues, vendors, and clients to keep projects on track.
Advise clients on AV production best practices for in-person and hybrid events.
Manage creative deliverables and logistics with designers, editors, and external vendors.
Maintain asset trackers, manage purchase orders, and negotiate vendor terms to protect client budgets.
Prepare onsite staff for successful event execution in partnership with Production Managers.
Travel onsite to support events and provide high-energy leadership in fast-paced environments.
Build strong client relationships that support credibility, satisfaction, and repeat business.
Develop processes and identify efficiency improvements for client and project management workflows.

Requirements

4-7+ years of event industry experience, ideally in an agency or white-glove event environment.
Strong organization and speed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and adapt communication to different personalities and seniority levels.
Interest in AV production and creative service logistics.
Ability to make decisions and adapt in ambiguous, shifting, or unpredictable situations.
Willingness to travel onsite frequently to moderately, approximately 20-30% or 4-5 days per month.
Alignment with the company values of commitment, kindness, and humility.
Experience managing a customer-focused client portfolio is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM, NetSuite, and project planning tools such as Backstage is preferred.
