Description

  • Own project management for assigned campaigns from initiation through closeout.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with Account, Finance, internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
  • Monitor budgets, support revenue recognition and invoicing, and identify scope or financial risks.
  • Lead project meetings and manage client review, approval, and quality processes.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, timeline conflicts, resource constraints, and issues.
  • Support business development with budgets, timelines, and implementation planning.
  • Coach and mentor project management team members and support onboarding and training.
  • Contribute to audits, standard operating procedures, best practices, and process improvements.
  • Participate in hiring activities and help build effective project management teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience in an agency setting.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and managing budgets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related business experience.
  • Experience leading multiple cross-functional project teams and deliverable types.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with structured project management methodologies.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, leadership, problem-solving, prioritization, and client-readiness skills.
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or agency experience preferred.
  • Workfront experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
