Description

  • Own delivery of DeNovo site builds, expansions, relocations, and real estate management across the network.
  • Manage end-to-end facilities operations, including vendors, site standards, preventive maintenance, and equipment and infrastructure lifecycles.
  • Develop facilities and site-development standards, tracking tools, and KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with real estate, construction, and facilities vendors and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and operational requirements.
  • Advise site operations on real estate projects and facilities issues affecting daily operations.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and vendor spending with Finance.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and vendors to resolve issues and remove project roadblocks.
  • Coordinate emergency and business-continuity facilities responses, including HVAC failures, safety incidents, and utility outages.
  • Communicate program status and escalations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Conduct post-project and post-service follow-up to confirm satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of real estate management, site development, and facilities management experience across a multi-site network.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Advanced project management skills, including managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong knowledge of site development, facilities management, real estate projects, and vendor management.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, life safety, maintenance, and security systems.
  • Leadership, team-building, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with process improvement, risk assessment, problem-solving, and impact analysis.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and project-tracking or facilities-management tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, drive, maintain daily automobile availability, lift 35 pounds, and occasionally work evenings or weekends for emergencies.

  • $110,000–$125,000 compensation.
  • Remote Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
