Description

  • Build and execute the demand generation roadmap aligned to revenue targets and Sales priorities.
  • Own pipeline generation end to end, from first touch through sales handoff.
  • Manage paid media programs across Google Ads and LinkedIn, including targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategy, including keyword targeting, on-page optimization, content signals, and technical SEO.
  • Build Meeting Tomorrow’s presence in AI-powered search environments through GEO strategies.
  • Create and manage agentic workflows that automate repeatable marketing functions and improve efficiency.
  • Run A/B tests and side-by-side comparisons across channels to improve performance.
  • Partner with Sales on lead handoff, pipeline reviews, and feedback loops.
  • Track and report demand gen KPIs, including CPL, MQL volume and quality, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and CAC.
  • Ensure outbound programs comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.

Requirements

  • Remote work is available for candidates located in the United States only.
  • Proven SEO expertise with the ability to improve website and content rankings.
  • Hands-on experience building at least one AI agent or agentic workflow that automated a real process.
  • Demonstrated success driving digital lead growth tied to revenue.
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to run analysis and explain pipeline performance to leadership.
  • Experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or equivalent.
  • Ability to build structure and make progress in ambiguous, builder-style environments.
  • Familiarity with privacy and email compliance requirements such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
