Description

Own major data pipelines and source integrations end to end, including performance, reliability, and cost.
Build complex warehouse transformations and curated data models for analytics and AI systems.
Develop reusable, configuration-driven integration frameworks for enterprise financial systems.
Implement reconciliation and lineage processes that validate curated data against source financial records.
Design systems for SaaS multi-tenant, single-tenant, and on-premises deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Ensure strong data isolation, auditability, and compliance for Fortune 500 finance customers.
Translate data architecture and engineering standards into robust production systems.
Collaborate with data, platform, and customer-facing teams to deliver reliable financial data capabilities.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in QA and test automation, including 3+ years leading people.
Experience building automation frameworks from scratch across API, UI, and backend testing.
Strong daily coding skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including PyTest and TypeScript.
Deep experience testing REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets APIs, including contract, negative, and authentication testing.
Experience with Playwright or Cypress for reliable end-to-end testing of React or Next.js applications.
Experience testing Python/FastAPI services, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, SQL-based validation, and database performance.
Experience integrating tests with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI in Docker/Kubernetes environments.
Experience with performance, load, stress, scalability, security, multi-tenant, and compliance-driven testing.
Experience with AWS, preferably EC2, ECS, EKS, and Lambda; GCP or Azure experience is also welcome.
Preferred: AI/LLM testing, fintech, startup, observability, chaos engineering, test management, relevant certifications, or testing-community contributions.
