Description

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven success building and scaling sales organizations, ideally in B2B SaaS and/or healthcare.
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and market share gains.
  • Experience owning a $10M+ quota or equivalent pipeline responsibility.
  • Ability to operate in startup ambiguity while preparing the business for scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and performance management.
  • Experience creating a predictable pipeline generation culture, not founder-led sales.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth mindset.
  • BA/BS degree or higher.
  • Remote role that can be performed anywhere in the United States.
