Description

  • Design and deliver instructor-led training and continuous learning programs for new hires and tenured employees.
  • Build scalable, automated, asynchronous learning resources to improve speed-to-proficiency.
  • Manage Data Analysts who conduct quality audits, provide training, and deliver process refreshers.
  • Own data quality and ensure output complies with governance standards, documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze audit data to identify performance gaps, root causes, and systemic issues, then translate findings into targeted interventions.
  • Lead advanced training in HITL, prompt engineering, and data governance.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects and standardize best practices across content and data verticals.
  • Support the evaluation and adoption of AI-assisted auditing tools across platforms and media types.
  • Participate in UAT and the HITL AI feedback loop to improve workflows and engine performance.
  • Develop metrics, reports, and executive reviews to communicate KPI trends and process health to senior management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall experience in data operations, data quality, system quality, quality testing, training lead, or quality and training coordination roles.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute learning interventions and projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience in HITL quality and MT (Machine Teaching).
  • Working knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflows.
  • Understanding of data annotation and quality metrics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, including advanced Excel and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Lean Methodology; Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a strong plus.
