Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters in India across the employee lifecycle.
  • Build trusted relationships with managers and support team effectiveness, performance, and organizational challenges.
  • Translate business priorities into practical people plans that support growth and execution.
  • Execute HR operations across onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Lead a small HR team while remaining hands-on and accountable for strong execution.
  • Design and implement scalable HR processes and workflows that support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement, and alignment with company values.
  • Partner closely with global teams while balancing local India needs with global consistency.

Requirements

  • Progressive HR experience, including HRBP or strategic HR exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment practices.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exposure to HR transformation, process standardization, and policy design.
  • Experience balancing HR operations with business partnership responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
  • Comfortable with HR systems and tools; prior experience with HiBob is a plus.
