Description

  • Manage post-sales activity for large enterprise customers through strategic, regular touchpoints.
  • Build a deep understanding of the product and recommend ways customers can use it to achieve business objectives.
  • Use high-touch customer interactions to drive positive outcomes and communicate realized value.
  • Provide comprehensive support and consultations in French for Quebec-based clients.
  • Develop customized engagement strategies for different customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze customer data and execute engagement strategies across the portfolio.
  • Proactively identify churn risk and coordinate with the broader account team to mitigate it.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Support to deliver effective customer engagements.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by identifying trends and sharing internal feedback for improvement.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in both French and English is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer marketing at scale.
  • Comfort interacting with large, strategic customers via phone, email, and webinars.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to execute customer-facing activities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and continuously improve processes.
  • Experience translating customer business needs into personalized consultation.
  • Highly data-driven approach and interest in delivering strong customer experiences at scale.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and take initiative.
